Connecting Healthcare Professionals
GP Liaison Connect is a GP led CPD education provider. We facilitate communication and engagement between specialists, GPs and allied health by providing clinical education meetings at general practices and allied health clinics. We also coordinate GP and allied health educational dinner events and symposiums across Melbourne and regional/rural areas. Our GP education events are designed to meet the Royal Australian College of General Practitioner (RACGP) standards for Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Our tailored liaison services aim to support health professionals to foster collaborative partnerships through clinical education and help grow practices by strengthening referral pathways and enhancing the coordination of patient care.
